At 3INA Makeup, we want you to love every color you try; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your products within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and meet our hygiene standards for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original 3INA packaging, ensuring all lids are securely tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed via your original payment method.
