Is 3INA makeup cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, we are proud to be 100% cruelty-free and the majority of our collection is vegan. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals at any stage of production.
How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We offer free shipping on all orders over $40, while a flat rate applies to smaller orders depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or swatched.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Our warehouse processes orders quickly to get them to you as fast as possible. You can request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase by contacting our support team, but we cannot guarantee changes after that window.
